Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 AM through Saturday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

For orders placed in the UAE, Dubai will be delivered with in 2-3 days

For Orders shipped outside Dubai will be delivered within 5 working days.

For orders shipped to ( SAUDI ARABIA, QATAR, KUWAIT, BAHRAIN, OMAN ) It will be delivered within 3-10 business days depending on the shipping method chosen by the customer. An order fulfillment email including the tracking link will be sent to your registered email.

Kindly note that these timings are ONLY AN ESTIMATION, but we will try our best to deliver your order according to the above schedule. During promotions, or periods with high order traffic, orders may take longer. Kindly take that into consideration
